Production planner

Encore are recruiting for a production planner to join a well-established and growing business based in Leicester LE4 area.

Pay GBP25K - GBP29K

Day shift

Responsibilities:

• Experience from a FMCG environment
• Goods to be booked on SAP
• End of each day Stores + Non Stores Booked GRN Copies to be scanned and attached to SAP
• Filing all the GRN's
• Monitoring Call off Schedule all time
• Liaising with FLT driver on incoming goods
• Spot Checking each delivery received and sign as completed
• Liaising with suppliers on delayed/failed deliveries
• Monitoring Suppliers In/Out timing & highlight any delays to the line manager
• Managing FLT driver's hours and holidays

Raw Material Planning

• Weekly Generic Raw Material Planning to be prepared
• Pallet Label Printing - Daily (Weekend Labels to be printed and ready for Production)
• Case Label Printing as and when required

Warehouse

• Maintaining RM Warehouse all time
• Issuing RM during Production Changeover
• Daily Email
  • Planning, PIX, MRP Tonnage, Excess Tonnage
  • Daily NCR on Paper Break from Production Paperwork
