Premier Work Support is now recruiting for a Fibre Glassing Factory Operative for one of our prestigious clients in the Horsham area. This are full-time temporary positions, which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key duties include producing high quality fibreglass moulds/ finishes. Assisting with other duties including the ability to use wood work machinery and EPS precision cutting equipment and machinery, together with operation of factory equipment for which full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate would have good knowledge and understanding of fibreglass processes and have at least 5 years' experience in a fibreglass factory/ environment.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills in written and spoken English. They will also be a team player with initiative and have the ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines.
The hours of work are 07:00 to 15:30, Monday to Friday, with a half hour lunch break. The hourly rate is GBP9.50 per hour.
