Seven Social Care are looking for 2 Support Resettlement Assistants to work within Neath Port Talbot.
The role:
2 x Support resettlement assistants required to work in busy Housing Options service.
Role involves providing tenancy related support to clients residing in temporary accommodation and resettlement support at point of move on. Experience of providing tenancy related support is crucial as training will be limited during this time.
Role also involves cleaning of properties to ensure quick turnover in readiness for the next resident. Travel required throughout the borough. Contract end 31.3.21
