We have a fantastic opportunity for a Management Assistant to join a leading transport and logistics business in Dover.
The Management Assistant will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the International Director and the International Management team. This will involve; assisting in personnel matters (recruitment, training and staff development), developing and maintaining customer In-House training manuals, supporting the sales department in issuing sales quotations and sales reports and co-ordinating the activities of the Management team for example meetings, visits and travel arrangements.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
The ability to be proactive and work on own initiative
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and develop strong working relationships
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
An understanding of the need for discretion and confidentiality when handling data
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Hold a valid UK passport and full driving license as travel elsewhere in Europe may be required
An ability to communication in German would also be an advantage
