GBP18,278.00 annual salary.

Hours of Work : 9.00 - 5.00 Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for Lunch, Mon-Thurs, and 1 hour on Friday. Good timekeeping is essential and personnel must be at their desk, organised and ready to pick up incoming calls at 9.00 a.m.

Our client, A leading service provider are looking to recruit a Technical Call Centre Support Advisor to join their team on a temp to perm basis, you will be enthusiastic with an excellent telephone manner and be looking for a long term opportunity.

The Role

The Technical Call Centre Support Advisor is telephone based and you would be responsible for providing quick and efficient handling of any 'After Sales' matters raised by the end user (the Consumer) or trade partners (Service Agents, Distributors and Third Party Clients) by telephone and by email within strict time frames and KPIs.

* Answering inbound calls in a fast paced environment in a professional and timely manner.

* Self motivated,resilient with a positive outlook and able to rise to the challenge when needed.

* Logging all calls with detailed information regarding the call , All part details and model numbers so other users can go into the call and have a full understanding of the call logged and the action taken to resolve the query.

* Correctly inputting detailed information in regards to part number, addresses, call outs and all critical information required.

* Establish a true fault with the customer to identify appropriate action required.

* Utilise a series of trouble shooting questions to eliminate certain faults.

* Scheduling engineers call outs.

* Liaising with service engineers in a professional manner.

* Returning call backs to consumers and partners.

* Keep in touch calls with the customers.

* General follow up activity and administration when required.
