Opportunity - We are on the lookout for an outstanding Chef de Partie to work this outstanding business on the beautiful Norfolk coast
** THIS IS A LIVE IN POSITION ON THE NORFOLK COAST**
Salary - Package of up to GBP24 + Tips + Live In
What will I be responsible for as Chef de Partie?
* Able to cook to a high level across all sections of the kitchen in a multi rosette, award winning establishment
* All H&S requirements
Is this Chef de Partie job for me?
As a chef de Partie you will be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for providing excellent service, and memorable experiences for guests. This is seriously great role in a well-established company. This is a role for a chef that can show leadership and will be looking to develop into more senior positions.
As Chef de Partie we can offer you:
* Superb base salary
* Well -equipped kitchen
* Live in (well-appointed rooms)
As Chef de Partie we would like to see you have:
* Experience of managing, fresh food business at rosette level
* The highest of standards
* Managing and controlling GPs and being able to cook to require specs.
* Excellent communication skills with kitchen and FOH team
It would also be advantageous to see from a Chef de Partie:
* History of excellence attendance.
