Manual Saw Operative
Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Manual Saw Operative for our client based in Ramsey.
Duties of the position include the using and operating of a mechanical saw with the addition of some Yard based work if necessary. Experience within a production environment or as a saw operative is desirable but not essential and each applicant will be assessed on an individual basis. The position is a manual position, occasionally requiring some heavy lifting.
Suitable candidates must have a strong understanding of the English language and feel confident in the reading and calculating of measurements. Candidates will be expected to adhere to all health and safety measures at all times as well as the ability of maintaining a clean and orderly work station.
The position is on an on-going basis with weekly hours totalling 37.5. Hours will be set on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 with a pay rate of GBP9.50 an hour.
