Spare Parts Specialist

W e are recruiting for an established organisation based in Bracknell and they are seeking an experienced, Spare Parts Specialist to join their team. The position will oversee the overall activities of the team and fulfil specialist duties in inventory management and controlling all the UK Service Centre Inventory.

Salary GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 per annum with attractive benefits

Key Role Responsibilities

• Control all Service Centre Warehouse Inventory
• Coordinate the provision of all hardware for repair and service activity
• Maintain records for all incoming and outgoing product
• Review and monitor stock levels
• Working on forecasts of inventories to maintain customer KPI performance
• Identify slow moving and obsolete parts to ensure appropriate stock rotation index
• Assist with Stock checks and conduct audits at Service Centres, maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy
• Continuously monitor and action stock discrepancies and system integration errors to maintain accurate stock holdings
• Investigate root causes of discrepancies and errors
• Continuously progress HQ for all stock orders to predict shortages in advance

Skills and experience

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills
• Proven experience in supply chain/stock/inventory managemen t
• Experience in warehouse and in/out logistics flow management
• Knowledge of international and local customs regulations
• Experience in using CRM systems
• Microsoft office proficient
• Results driven, proactive and energetic
