Swedish Customer Service

Tate are recruiting for two Swedish Speaking Customer Services Technicians to join a team at Reassure. The position will preferably be based in Southampton on a permanent basis. This vacancy represents an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

You will be responsible for completing administration tasks to a high standard and in line with service agreements, procedures and daily trading deadline. You will also be responsible for assisting and enabling company operations and effective service to our customers whilst being focused on developing, implementing and sharing best practices within your working environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
?? To respond to customer and advisor queries
?? Carry out testing on system enhancements/ changes as required
?? Contribute to the development of team strategy and objectives, One team goals and targets
?? Carry out checking and random sampling as required, providing constructive feedback to individuals on error and provide support to reduce errors
?? Reporting of Risks/Breaches through the appropriate escalation routes
?? To complete all tasks in line with service standards, procedures and compliance guidelines

Key skills/experience required:

?? Fluent in written and verbal Swedish (Native Level)
?? Strong IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office
?? Excellent communication and telephony skills
?? High attention to detail
?? Ability to work to tight deadlines
