Apprentice Neighbourhood Assistant
Mossbank Homes, Bredbury, Stockport, SK6 2LF
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday
Salary: National Minimum Wage dependent on age

We are excited to share our Apprentice Neighbourhood Assistant vacancy; where the successful candidate will join an established and high performing Neighbourhood Team, to enable the delivery of an efficient customer focused service.
As Apprentice Neighbourhood Assistant you will work with a number of teams across the group and directly with the Neighbourhood Officers to enhance the customer journey. You will be completing general administrative tasks and assist in the management of all general needs properties, ensuring that an efficient and effective service is provided at all times. This will involve liaising with customers to resolve tenancy queries and assisting with all areas of neighbourhood management.
This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to gain an insight into the Housing Sector and develop key skills and knowledge that will enable them to progress with their career, with the additional support to complete a Level 2 Qualification in Housing / Property Management and become a student member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Apprentices must show commitment to the following:
• To achieve full apprenticeship framework (inc. Functional Skills) within the specified time frame.
• Attend the apprenticeship training and induction events within MSV
• Attend all of the training sessions for the programme whenever necessary
• Undertake any other required development work as part of the apprenticeship programme as requested
• Any other duties as deemed appropriate by senior staff.
• To complete a Maths and English test at the start of the apprenticeship
