Your new company
An established and respected facilities provider, my client's business is renowned for the "best in class" services they deliver. They urgently require a talented and career driven Facilities Manager to join their organisation on a one year fixed term contract. As my client continues to grow organically, they want to invest in career minded professionals that are motivated and passionate in delivering first class facilities services.
Your new role
As Facilities Manager you will oversee a single corporate head office with responsibilities for delivering TFM services to the end user. A fantastic opportunity, my client wants a talented and motivated FM professional to join the account, you will manage a small in-house team totalling c.12 people, full P/L management and most importantly owning the relationship with the end-user.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need prior TFM experience working for a tier one facilities service provider within a corporate office environment. The individual must be customer focused in their approach to FM service delivery, energetic, motivated and takes pride in the work they undertake. An IOSH qualification is a minimum requirement. Candidates with immediate availability or short notice are encouraged to apply.

An industry competitive salary of GBP38,000 plus company benefits. Please note this is a one-year fixed term contract.
