External Cleaning Operative
We require an External Cleaning Operative to work in the Elephant & Castle area.
Working as the External Cleaning Operative you will be responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day tidying and upkeep of the grounds.
You will be pro-active and use your initiative to ensure the grounds and all exterior areas are kept clean and tidy. You will also have a good awareness of Health & Safety, but equally important is a professional, friendly approach, and someone who gives a positive impression of the estate.
About you:
We're looking for someone with a friendly, helpful, professional and security conscious approach. You'll be passionate about estate presentation and work in a pro-active manner to find solutions. You will also:
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to work well on your own
Have good organisational, time-management and customer service skillsLocation: Elephant & Castle
Salary: GBP25k - GBP26k per annum
Working hours: 11am - 8pm Wednesday to Sunday
