Homes Advisor

Are you interested in joining an established provider of affordable housing across Staffordshire? If so, this housing provider is seeking a Homes Advisor to join their Housing team on a temporary basis.

To be successful in the role of Homes Advisor you will:

Provide advice and information to new and existing customers to help sustain their tenancy
Maximise the organisations Income Collection and recover rent arrears whilst offering advice to tenants
Promptly report any safeguarding concerns
Have ASB, Income collection and tenancy management experience is desirable
As a Homes Advisor, you will also have:

GCSE's (Maths and English) • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and ideally experience of the system Northgate
• Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service

Understand income recovery and the challenges of welfare reform
Knowledge of housing and ASB legislation, social housing background is essential
