Hinckley (LE10)
12 month Fixed Term Contract
GBP21,000 - GBP23,000
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract to join an outstanding business on the outskirts of Hinckley. The suitable Payroll Administrator will be available immediately or at short notice. You will benefit from working as part of a team in a busy role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a business who are offering an exciting and evolving opportunity. Onsite parking is available for all employees.
As the Payroll Administrator duties will include:
- Processes company's payroll every pay period
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
- Answers employee questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
- Ensures leave and other absences are correctly recorded and processed
- Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
- processing starters and leavers
- Dealing with P45, P46, P60 and P11d's
Experience of Sage Payroll is desirable. Strong IT skills are essential and previous payroll experience is a must when applying for this position.
