I am looking for either an experienced Branch Manager or an ambitous Senior Consultant with industrial experience to develop a team and drive forward sales for an industrial recruitment branch in Leicester.
Do you understand the industrial recruitment market?
Can you build relationships with warehouse managers and MD's alike?
The ideal person will have a vast knowledge and experience in sales and 360 recruitment role, be skilled in negotiations, recruitment industry, deal closing, lead generation and be happy to sell with your team to increase the client business portfolio.
You will work with Manufacturing and Industrial businesses, identify their recruitment needs, develop solutions, and match candidates successfully to their vacancies. This will require determination, skill, and innovation in a fiercely competitive marketplace.
