Education Service Improvement Team
Support for Learning Teacher (3 posts)
2 x Primary Sector
1 x Secondary Sector
35 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
Temporary up to July 2021
We are looking to enhance the compliment of support staff across our schools, by appointing a number of teachers with experience of supporting the learning of children and young people. In particular the post holders will be working with the existing school teams and support services to ensure the best possible outcome for our children, young people and families following the re-opening of schools in August this year.
You must be registered, or in the process of registering, with the General Teaching Council for Scotland.
This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in respect of regulated work with children.
Salary will be based on the Main Grade scale of the SNCT Salary Tables plus a Distant Islands Allowance. We offer a generous relocation package.
