Our client, a highly professional financial consultants practice based in Epsom, Surrey is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team. The company specialise in providing wealth management advice to business owners, individuals and associations. This position could suit a Graduate as full training will be given to the right person.
Applicants should be client focused with excellent IT skills, strong admin skills and a high level of initiative. An excellent package is on offer for the right person and the salary is GBP19k to GBP22k depending on experience and qualifications.
Main Duties:
* The preparation of Client review packs
* Gaining and calculating valuations on investment portfolios, pensions or other holdings and preparing fact find reports based on information gained.
* Undertaking research within the market for specific financial products and investment opportunities relevant to the client's risk profile.
* Preparation of suitability reports.
Skills/Experience:
* Client focused
* Knowledge of the financial regulatory industry would be an advantage
* Able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and strong administrative skills.
* Excellent telephone manner
* Competent in Microsoft packages/typing.
