Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Castleford Lodge, WF10 5DF - GBP17.83 + GBP1,500 welcome bonus

We are looking for a caring and dedicated registered nurse to join our team at Castleford Lodge, West Yorkshire. A short walk from the centre of Castleford, with good access to public transport links, Castleford Lodge is a mid-size home providing experienced care for elderly residents with a wide range of complex needs, including Dementia. The home benefits from landscaped gardens, which are pleasant and offer security for short walks and fresh air. Inside the home, the team encourage residents to get involved in visits from local schools and community groups, as well as relaxing in the communal bar and lounge rooms.

The Role:
As a qualified nurse, you will be responsible for:
• assessing the needs of our residents and formulating person-centred care plans
• ensuring that medical, physical and emotional needs of our residents are met
• administering medication safely
• reviewing residents' wellbeing and carrying out risk assessments
• supervising care staff to deliver high quality care
• championing residents' safety and dignity.
About you:
• You'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
• You will be experienced in producing well-developed care plans, and understand regulatory frameworks.
• You will be dedicated and compassionate, approachable and committed to delivering person-centred care.
