Duties and responsibilities
* Confidently administer medication to residents
* Ability to adapt to change is emergency situations
* Observing and reporting any changes efficiently
* Professional and friendly approach when speaking to residents visitors, other staff members and health professionals
* Maintain care records; recording observations, activities and assessments
The Ideal Candidate
* At least 1 year experience with an active NMC Pin
* A strong understanding of Elderly, Mental Health, Dementia, & Physical Disability
* A friendly approach, with a natural ability to adapt to each need of every resident
