My international Client HONDA based in Bracknell, Berkshire require a Franchising Co-ordinator to support their Network Planning team for a 6 month period.

Role:

Role:

Reporting to the Network Planning Manager, this role will involve the maintenance and development of existing processes and databases to effectively manage change within Honda UK's dealer networks in line with franchising strategy.

Responsibilities:

Carry out full administration of the Honda UK dealer network restructure and national dealer territory review, involving:

Reviewing dealer agreements prior to any network changes to confirm a signed copy is on file.
Issuing formal termination notices and territory amendment agreements in line with the network strategy and maintain record of all subsequent correspondence from dealers.
Following up any outstanding documentation directly with the dealer or via the relevant franchising manager.
Maintaining a detailed schedule of network & territory changes and processes.
Maintain all dealer territory records so that they are up to date at all times.
Managing the customer letter process and keeping in regular contact with the customer relations department so that they are aware of all planned customer contact ahead of time.
Circulating both network updates and territory updates to the wider Honda UK business, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
Liaising closely with the IT team to manage and further develop the Dealer Website Admin system, ensuring that all dealer listings on website are correct and up to date following any network changes.
Assisting the Franchising department with general administration when necessary.

Qualifications, skills and experience required:

Very well organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Analytical with good numerate abilities.
Good communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Deadline-oriented, with demonstrable self-starting skills.
Self-driven with excellent time management skills.
Good IT skills.
