Apple Resourcing are recruiting an Apprentice Goods Out Administrator to join one of our key distribution clients in the Thurrock, Essex area.
You will be the liaison between the customer and haulier as well as ensuring the smooth running of the operation of dispatching goods whilst assisting the office team and warehouse staff.
The Apprentice Goods Out Administrator will be a key member of the Goods Out Team. The responsibilities are as follows:
* Data entry of records onto internal CRM's and systems
* Managing / monitoring email accounts and raising the correct paperwork regarding the inquiry
* Provide customers with Duty and VAT Summary calculation reports
* Ensuring that check-sheets are updated correctly for compliance
* Communicating with HMRC regarding Stamp Duty
* Liaising with internal departments including Warehouse management, compliance and the Goods Out team
* Assisting customers with queries, requests and training on various systems
In order to succeed in the position you will have:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Level 2 in numeracy and literacy
* The ability to use handheld devices and computerised equipment
* The ability to work in a team and assist other employees
* The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Planning and organisation skills as well as being able to learn possesses and systems quickly
