You will help to drive and co-ordinate the generic Housing management service for your own designated patch of properties.
Including:
Managing and sustaining tenancies from pre let to termination
Manage rent accounts that have fallen into arrears
Prepare and present tenancy breaches, ASB and Income cases at court.
Managing and resolve ASB complaints in a timely manner
Conduct tenancy visits to support residents in maintaining and sustaining their tenancies
Working with partner agencies to achieve a common shared result for safer neighbourhoods
Requirements
You will need you to be an excellent organiser who can work effectively within the Housing management team and communicate with a variety of internal and external partners, organisations and residents. Building rapport, developing relationships and meeting agreed outcomes will be an important aspect of the role as well as embracing the use of technology.
Ideally you will have experience working within a housing association or local authoritiy and will therefore be skilled at making sure residents and communities feel valued.
Benefits
On offer is an immediate start on an on-going contract with a competitive hourly rate of GBP16 to GBP18 per hour.
