Cubed are working with a rapidly growing business who design and manufacture specialist products for some of the worlds most renowned automotive brands.
We are now recruiting for an Internal Sales and Customer Service Manager to lead the sales and account management team in protecting and developing relationships with their existing and new customers. The role will involve generating your own sales alongside leading, motivating and developing your team to meet and exceed KPI's around customer service and revenue targets.
You'll have a proven track record of delivering sales - including identifying and winning new customers, and developing existing relationships; as well as previous experience leading and developing a team. The customer base is made up of a mix of private and trade customers so experience of B2C and B2B sales would be advantageous.
The salary on offer is upwards of GBP25k, negotiable depending on experience.
