Counterbalance Forklift Drivers FLT

Gap Personnel Holdings Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.

Our client, a leading company within the manufacturing industry are seeking FLT drivers to work in in a brand new site based near Kegworth, Derby. This is an exciting opportunity which offers a brand new workplace, with brand new equipment and trucks that are brand new models.

The ideal candidate will have experience and a license for counterbalance trucks.

Reporting to the Production and Despatch Manager within this friendly but fast paced environment you will be responsible for the safe movement of products around the site together with assisting to prepare goods for dispatch and offloading supplies.

Shifts:- are 3 on 3 off 12 hours (days and nights) 6am-6pm / 6pm and 6am.

Pay rates:- at GBP10.23ph, overtime is payable for extra shifts at a rate of GBP14.27ph.

Previous truck experience within a manufacturing/ distribution background is highly desirable. There are no cancelling of shifts or moving to other roles- it is solely an FLT job.

This is a Temporary to Permanent position. An excellent opportunity for candidates seeking full-time work in a fun, energetic environment. Candidates must have own transport due to public transport not operating for 6am starts.
