Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with leading scientific organisation who are looking to a appoint a permanent HR Manager to support their newest major innovation based in Braintree. To be successful for this role it is vital you have experience working in a regulated GMP (good manufacturing practice) environment The purpose of this role is to provide general employee relations and HR support, expertise and guidance on a wide range of HR initiatives for the Company as a whole. The role will report directly into the Head of Human Resources and will be part of the current extended HR Team. Main ResponsibilitiesAssist in the delivery of the HR elements of business change activities,Support the centralised HR team in all relevant HR cyclical and transactional activity such as Talent and SuccessionSupport the ongoing delivery of a strong employee relations service, acting as the main interface between the business and its employeesEnsuring that ongoing improvements are made and that learning, and development is embedded into the businessSupport MI deep dive activitiesWork with the Recruitment Business Partner and the centralised HR Team in the recruitment of key roles within the siteAssisting in driving the pipeline of talent and building a talent bank, as well as measuring these results and making process enhancementsWork with Line Managers to support them through any HR issues in accordance with HR policies and procedures, best practice and employment legislationSupport and advise Line managers in their management of employees including any disciplinary / grievance / sickness issues Key RequirementsA minimum of 5 years' experience working as an HR generalist at management levelExperience working within a regulated GMP environmentCommercial background from a professional services environment would be advantageousExcellent knowledge of employment law coupled with a pragmatic approachAbility to work quickly and accurately, with limited supervision, good initiative takerProven ability to engage constructively with colleagues at all levels across different departments to deliver objectivesAbility to quickly establish credibility and build rapport and trust
