My client is looking for a Telephone Researcher to join their busy team for a short term contract.
Role
* Carrying out good quality telephone interviews in a professional manner
* Carrying out face-to-face interviews by gathering information, feedback and ideas from participants in pre-determined locations
* Collecting and recording information in a way consistent with project specific requirements
* Developing techniques required to carry out more complex and less structured interviews where relevant
* Ensuring all work complies with MRS Code of Conduct and Data Protection Act
* Using interviewing software competently
* Completing all project and work-related documents in a consistent and tidy manner
* Participating in project specific briefing and feedback sessions with the project management team
* Reading reports produced for projects
Maintaining confidentiality of data gathered
The ability to speak welsh would be desirable.
