Learning and Development Officer
An exciting L&D position has arisen working for a public sector organisastion based in Sheffield until next March 2021.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well respected and recognised organisation as their L&D Officer. You will contribute to the team and organisation through delivering a full L&D service; design right through to delivery of training materials to employees at all levels.
You will manage budgets and work closely with stakeholders to determine the L&D requirements and needs within the organisation and to deliver on these accordingly. You will measure the effectiveness of training materials with follow up questionnaires/surveys/ 1:1s etc.
This role will be working from home initially and will soon be full time on site.
- Experience in a full 360 learning role; design and delivery
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice
FTC role until March 2021
salary GBP28,500 to rise after 6 months
