Our client is looking recruit a personal injury paralegal into its personal injury team specialising in pre-litigated RTA & EL/PL matters.

You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of pre- litigated RTA & EL/PL work under supervision.

The personal injury paralegal duties will include assessing the merits of the case, obtaining evidence from witnesses, pre-action disclosure, mediate evidence, making decisions on disclosure, assessing the value and liaising with clients, third parties, witnesses and otherside solicitors.

As the successful personal injury paralegal, you will have a good basic knowledge of personal injury law. You must have a working knowledge pre-action protocols, CPR and funding. You must also be able to show that you are an effective communicator and a team player.
