Training Solutions and Compliance Manager
The Training Solutions & Compliance Manager will be responsible for all BDUK training service governance and compliance against regulatory requirements and customer training standards. In addition, they will manage the Training Solutions team and will be the training services SQEP focal for all training service solutions, including bids and proposals to meet customer needs. They will also manage all aspects of compliance management against BDUK training policy to maintain training quality standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 5 Training Solution Architects and Analysts and is a direct report to the BDUK Training Services Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of the compliance scope of work in conjunction with the respective site Training Delivery Mangers.
- Act as Chief Training Architect for the governance and assurance of all BDUK training service solutions
- Provide technical guidance and professional development to the Training Solutions team to ensure appropriate SQEP is maintained
- Manage the Boeing Training Solutions team in accordance with Boeing Priorities and behaviours
- Support all applicable Bid and Proposals to ensure Training is fully represented and considered.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
The ideal candidate will be have demonstrable experience in the technical leadership and management of training service solutions across the training life-cycle. They shall:
- Professional training experience is essential as an SME for design and development of training services
- Significant demonstrable practitioner experience as a Training Solutions Architect or similar training role across a variety of training service solutions
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the Defence Systems Approach to Training policy and procedures or civil equivalent within highly regulated environments
- Have the ability to communicate with personnel from multiple skill areas, cultures and functions.
- Possess the skills and ability to: create innovative training solutions, address complex problems, review and assure solutions, articulate and promote training solution methodology.
- Be IT proficient specifically Microsoft Office applications
