We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team of an award winning gastro pub offering a competitive salary, good tips, and a great team to work with.
The ideal Assistant Manager will need a passion for perfection in your work, stamina for hard work, and above all excellent communication skills, determination, ambition and commitment. You must have experience in busy fresh food led establishments, knowledge of wines, training staff, effectively communicating with both front and back of house and being a real hands on team player.
Skills Required
* Minimum 3 years' hospitality management experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Knowledge of fine wines and beverages
* Ambition to surpass the high standards already set at this venue
* Food Safety
