Internet Shop Operative
Doves Farm Foods is based on the Wiltshire/Berkshire/Hampshire border,3 miles south of Hungerford.This pioneering organic brand,established in 1978,produces ranges of organic flour and buscuits as well as flour,mixes,breakfast cereal,pasta,bars and cookies FREEE brand.
Job Purpose
To perform duties in the Doves Farm internet shop in support of the Internet Shop Coordinator,ensuring its smooth and profitable day to day running.
Main Responsibilities
> Process, fulfil and dispatch internet orders on a daily basis.
> Rotate shop stock.
> Resolve customer and haulier queries and problems relating to stock.
> Resolve and monitor order irregularities.
> Maintain effective packaging and dispatch solutions in a costly manner.
> Provide relief and holidy cover for the Internet Shop Coordinator and warehouse operatives.
> Maintain all documentation and records of transactions.
