We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Data Administrator to join a highly successful business in York. The successful candidate will process customer orders and work in a fast paced environment.
Some of the Data Administrator duties are:
Processing sales orders and inputting these into the system
Processing delivery notes and arranging the orders for delivery
Processing invoices and sending these to the clientsThe ideal Data Administrator will:
Flexible to work more hours during busy periods
Work well without supervision
Have experience of creating and processing invoices
Ideally have experience of XeroThis is a permanent position working 8am to 4pm, 2 days per week outside of school term time, and 3-5 days a week during school term time, earning a salary of GBP9.50 per hour
