We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager in a dynamic role based at our Leeds office. With this role you would become part of the UK's largest provider of genuinely free independent debt advice and managed solutions. This role is fixed term for 12 months.

What you will be doing

Within this role you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality and efficient IT services to the charity by establishing and refining service delivery processes, policies and service levels and continually measuring satisfaction against these. Reporting to our Head of Service Delivery.

Key accountabilities

Manage a team of experts and ensure regular quality and performance monitoring is in place, delivering
Identify new techniques and tools; present business cases to influence decision makers proving the benefits these would bring
Establish and maintain appropriate levels of stakeholder communication across service, project, programme, and wider charity
Maintain a deep understanding of the charity's priorities by working closely with the Head of Service Management and the wider leadership team
Understand and promote the use of industry best practice techniques and strategies to continually improve service delivery and develop a service culture
Lead and resource multi-skilled IT teams in delivering customer focused IT services, including the delivery of a high-quality effective processes and communications for handling incidents, problems, Infrastructure and associated release and change
Experience and knowledge

ITIL Advanced Certification, Project Management Prince 2 Certification
knowledge of formal Project Management techniques and models
broad and extensive experience in IT services with experience in:
large systems development projects 3+ years
general approaches to knowledge management
advanced skills in Microsoft office
ability to foster relationships and present to Senior Managers
proven leaderships skills and capabilities
bachelor degree in or equivalent experience (master or advanced degree) desirable
experience of working with an agile methodology (desirable)
