Job Title - Onboarding Coordinator
Location - Working From Home
Rates - GBP20,000 / GBP22,000 per annum

Overall Team Objective:To assist the delivery of right to work checks and employment contract production.

Job Purpose

This is a great opportunity for someone with initiative to join a friendly but busy team. You will be responsible for supporting the team in regard to all on-boarding activities and will be required to work closely with campaign and on-boarding specialists to administer on-boarding checks and employment contract generation within strict SLA's and tight timeframes.
Working closely with the ARC Client Delivery Manager, providing campaign administration support, the role includes, but not restricted to, on-boarding administration, checking eligibility through right to work documents via systems and face to face video calling and updating candidate records.

Your experience will include:

The ideal candidate will have administration, on-boarding and/or customer service experience together with the ability to pay attention to detail and work accurately with strong organisational skills. Just as important will be excellent telephone communication skills with a high level of computer literacy, especially centred on Microsoft Office and Excel with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Understanding of the principals of checking eligibility and administering pre-appointment checks would be beneficial
