We are recruiting a knowledgeable and experienced Energy Assessor to join a leading company within their field. Based in Lutterworth, this successful company is well established and are proud to provide expert knowledge relating to energy efficiency. This is a permanent role, based within a friendly team environment.
The main purpose of this role of this office based role is to provide support and assistance to customers in line with industry regulations.
MAIN DUTIES:
* Provide support to customers daily, answering technical queries and assisting with energy assessors.
* Promote the brand, ensuring products and services are understood by customers.
* Ensure members are delivering energy assessments in line with regulations.
* Carry out audits.
* Generate new revenue opportunities, assisting with marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, and the ability to build relationships through good communication.
Ideally, you will have worked within the energy industry along with experience of energy assessments.
