We are currently looking for a mechanically biased engineer to f ulfil regular site and plant maintenance and service programmes.

Performance Measures

To liaise promptly and effectively within agreed timescales with the area supervisor/manager in order to fulfil regular maintenance programmes or site re-organisation with the minimum disruption to general departmental functions.
Provide full machine maintenance for whole site.
Provide/support alarm system testing for whole site.
Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance for the whole site.
Provide moulding machine breakdown maintenance and support.
Provide assembly plant equipment maintenance and support.
Provide site maintenance.
Support onsite contractors.
Maintain and update site and plant maintenance and service records

Core Competencies

Key Tasks

Report to HR and Facilities Manager any requests for maintenance work.
Maintain the site maintenance services function in the absence of the HR and Facilities Manager.
Promptly report to HR and Facilities Manager any health and safety hazards or risks.
Maintain and upkeep of maintenance and service records.
Undertake /support planned site works.
Support on site contractors and services.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction are achieved and maintained.
Support and maintain moulding machines and ancillary equipment.
Support, maintain and service production plant equipment.
Support on site calibration activities.

This position is from Monday until Friday.
