IT Application Support Analyst
An experienced IT Application Support Analyst with experience of working in a Service Desk style environment and who has a solid understanding of Application Support processes such as; Incidents, Requests, Changes etc.
IT Application Support Analyst - Working closely with our customer's Infrastructure, Architecture, and Development Teams you will be required to provide traditional IT Support where you have been responsible for reviewing code, looking at bug fixes and working closely with the development team in resolving these issues to ensure the better running of these applications and platforms. You will be an integral part of the team with the ability to contribute, recommend, and develop new processes and system improvements within the support team for the applications.
IT Application Support Analyst - You will have 2-3 years previous Application Support experience with a good solid grounding with SQL and Windows Server
IT Application Support Analyst - The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to learn, whilst taking responsibility for their own workload. Any experience with supporting an ERP platform will be considered advantageous, however, not essential.
