2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst - 0365 - Azure - VMware - Windows Server - London.
My client are looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer who can play an integral part of supporting their clients and act as an escalation point for junior engineers.
- Helpdesk role working on busy London based support team.
- Working to resolve day to day IT related issues for a variety of clients
- Core skill set to be based around the Microsoft Suite, in particular the 365, sharepoint and azure platforms.
- VM Ware and Windows Server experience
- 3 years + experience on a helpdesk
- Combination of phone and ticketing system work.
- Acting as an escalation point for junior engineers
- Working with Senior engineers to troubleshoot advanced helpdesk issues.
Looking for someone who has fantastic communication skills and someone who has the ability to help the junior members of the team.
