Delivery Manager, NRSWA Street Works, Fibre, FTTH/FTTP

As part of Triad Group's on-going work with one of the UK's largest digital infrastructure providers, we are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to help FTTH, FTTP and Metro network projects within a City. The client has grown tenfold over the last 5 years and is continuing to grow at an exponential rate.

Their network projects are transforming cities, delivering superfast Fibre to homes and businesses.

They are looking for a determined Delivery Manager to own project builds, meet challenging targets and achieve KPIs, all to release Ready for Service homes that meet our Clients quality standards.

You will also be using your communication skills to support your City team in their growth, encouraging them to excel, as well as.

• Direct responsibility for managing Construction teams.
• Experience of Matrix management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Highways and collaborate with the City Manager on overall council engagement.
• Manage the operational relationships with all suppliers and put in place monitoring.
• Become the driving force behind innovative solutions for problems escalated by Contract Partners.
• Champion excellence in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.
• Find ways to streamline processes and discover new ways of being more efficient.

AS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE, YOU WILL MEET THE CRITERIA BELOW.

You will have experience managing Contract Partners, Capital Budgets, Construction, and ideally, Fibre Networks. You are a proven leader and motivator, able to progress people and communicate across all levels of the business. You will represent the business in everything you do, so you will share the Clients passion for connecting cities, as well as.

• Civil Engineering experience.
• Fibre Optic experience.
• NRSWA Street Works Supervisor Certification, Units 1, 10-16.
• Experience in a similar local-market driven business.
• Experience of CRM systems such as Salesforce.

In return, you will receive a salary between GBP50k - GBP60k per annum DOE, a Company Car Allowance of GBP4,800, 26 days holiday (plus 8 Bank Holidays), up to 15% bonus, Private Medical, Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, Personal Accident Cover and Pension up to 5% match.
