As their Business Systems Manager you will be expected to deliver personal development reviews, manage staff performance and well being and ensure that the team has work scheduled and that standards are met.

To be successful in this position you will need experience with:

• Microsoft Business Applications, Server Infrastructure and Storage
• Exchange, SQL and SharePoint
• Data Centre server technologies
• understanding of ITIL.
• Understanding of business continuity testing.
• Windows Server, Virtualisation Technologies (including VMWARE)
• Team Management
