Tate are proud to be working with a Top 100 employer based in Watford, to recruit the position of a Customer Care Representative.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a professional level of support to both internal and external customers delivering a seamless service. The main duties of this role will consist of:

Responsible of taking all incoming calls ensuring they are followed through to resolution
Management of a busy email inbox ensuring queries and orders are prioritised
Dealing with queries such as orders, returns and credits
Having a good knowledge of company products to be able to confidently deal with any issues that may arise
To lead and participate in projects
Capturing and documenting customer details on internal system
Contribute to process improvements
Able to take lead and resolve issues by communicating with teams as necessary
Ensuring you are working to SLA's at all times
Ensuring you are adhering to audit and compliance regulations at all times

We are looking for people that are able to demonstrate their passion for providing a high level of service at all times whilst able to prioritise a demanding workload. Experience and skills needed:

Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to deal with a demanding workload
Ability to work independently to resolve issues
Understanding of Key account management
Project management experience
Experience using CRM systems, ideally SAP
Proactive approach
