Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working with our fantastic client in recruiting a Mortgage Advisor to work in Portsmouth. This is permanent, full time position where you will be kept very busy and are able to build relationships with clients!
You will be responsible for the following:
* Managing leads through to mortgage sales
* Maintaining company compliance
* Providing solid mortgage advice on various options
* Consistently provide a high level of customer service
All leads within this role are warm and the Mortgage Advisors are supported by a team of effective Mortgage Administrators, who undertake all post application duties.
The successful candidate will be CeMap qualified | have an excellent telephone manner | good team work ethic | used to working in a fast-paced environment | able to manage own workload | organised | minimum of 2-3 years mortgage experience
Our client is offering a salary of GBP28,000 per annum, with uncapped commission based on individual performance, plus some great company benefits.
