Byddwch yn cynorthwyo’r Rheolwr Datblygu i reoli’r adran Adeiladu o’r Newydd ac Adnewyddu a chynorthwyo gyda chyflawni twf drwy weithgareddau datblygu gyda chymorth rheolwyr a swyddogion allweddol, yn ogystal a cyflawni’r Strategaeth Ddatblygu ar draws Adra i sicrhau bod prosiectau datblygu niferus a chymhleth yn cael eu rheoli yn effeithlon ac effeithiol o’r dechrau i’r diwedd yn unol â gofynion amgylchedd rheolaethol Adra.

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in north Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across north Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

You will assist the Development Manager in managing the New Build & Regeneration section and to assist with the delivery of growth through development activities with the assistance of key managers and officers as well as delivering the Development Strategy across Adra to ensure the efficient and effective management of multiple complex development projects from conception to completion in accordance with the demands of Adra’s regulatory environment.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this role.
