Business Manager

Ron Dearing UTC is an outstanding school for 14-19 year olds which opened in Hull city centre in September 2017.  We provide a high-quality education to ensure students acquire the academic and professional qualifications and the personal and employability skills they need to give them the edge in our rapidly evolving digital world.  Working in close partnership with The University of Hull and the region’s leading employers, we are revolutionising the education system in the UK by offering students a totally unique way to learn. 

We seek an inspirational and skilled Business Manager to join us from 1 November 2020 who will:

• be a member of the Senior Leadership Team
• lead on all financial matters to ensure the school’s successful financial performance
• line manage the Site Manager and Facilities Management Provider to ensure that the site is a welcoming, professional and safe environment for staff, students and visitors
• line manage the Catering Team to ensure high standards of catering and hospitality for staff, students and visitors

Hours: 40 per week.
