Site Investigation Engineer

Are you an Structural Engineer, Graduate Engineer or Building Surveyor with experience in materials sampling and on-site structural building investigation? Qualified to degree or HNC/D level with at least three years' experience working on a range of building projects in a surveying, site investigation or structural engineering role.

You will be working with an engineering specialist who provide bespoke investigation, structure performance and building condition and analysis services on a wide range of historical and modern building structures across the UK.

As a Structural Investigation Engineer, you will be working primarily on site, 3-5 days a week on projects within the M25. HNC/D level or similar qualifications with a background in civil and structural engineering, structural building surveying or building construction.

Interested Engineers, Building Surveyors and Engineering Technicians will be considered but previous experience in a similar role or a strong related background in a range of buildings is essential. You we need to live locally enough to Hertfordshire, so you can work from the office on non-site days and be willing to travel to sites within the M25.

A full UK driving licence is essential. Due to the security clearance requirements on projects you will need to have been residential in the UK for the last 5 years.

Salary will reflect your relevant materials sampling, investigation, or structural building experience. As an Investigation Engineer / Surveyor the salary on offer is GBP28,000 - GBP35,000.
