Helpdesk Analyst - GBP22k - Derby
Salary: Up to GBP22,000 (Dependant on Experience) + Excellent Benefits!

I am looking for an enthusiastic IT Professional to join an expanding construction company based in Derbyshire as a Helpdesk Analyst. You will report directly to the Service Desk Manager and will be the first point of contact for all IT issues and queries. It is a busy working environment where you will be tasked with logging requests, resolving issues and escalating tickets for the companies 100+ sites across the UK.

As the helpdesk analyst for this company you will take full ownership of any issues that are raised with you allowing you to use your own initiative to achieve results. If issues cannot be fixed by you, you will be required to escalate these to the service desk if necessary or liaise with external 3rd party support companies. You will investigate issues involving PCs, laptops, thin client and telephony systems and will be provided with the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and projects, working your way up within the company if you so wish.
