This company are going through an extended growth period, even during the current situation, and boasts an excellent staff retention rate. Due to exciting developments within their product-base they are growing their Research and Development department to bring forward potential release dates of their new products.

In this role you will work with interesting technology including, but limited to: Computer Vision, Motion Controls, Robotics, C/C++, Python, Linux and loads more! You will work as part of a larger team of Engineers within the R+D department, consisting of other Software Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. You will be office based 3 days a week with the option to remote work the other 2. You will work Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30 with an early (12:30) finish on Fridays.

The ideal candidate will have commercial experience of C/C++ development. Candidates must have experience with Linux and Python as well. Some robotics exposure is also required. Candidates do not have to currently live in the area as a relocation package is available but relocation must take place before employment can commence.

The Role:
*Working with: Computer Vision, Motion Controls, Robotics, C/C++, Python, Linux + others
*Working as part of a larger team of R+D Engineers
*3 Days on-site, 2 Days remote
*Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, 7:30am-12:30pm on a Friday

The Person:
*Experienced with C/C++
*Experienced with Linux and Python
*Some exposure to robotics
*Either commutable to, or happy to relocate to Chard/surrounding areas
