Hands-on Development Manager, C++, Java, Real Time

Fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Financial Services company in a key Development Manager role.

The successful applicant will making valued contributions to strategy and business-wide initiatives, as well as line management responsibilities for varied teams & vendors.

You'll ideally be able to demonstrate a technical background developing Real Time systems, an appetite to lead via hands-on engagement, and an ability to cultivate close-working relationships across the business.

Whilst this position is an opportunity to provide technical leadership and direction in a world class business, the role has a large hands-on development responsibility, and won't suit someone who's hands-on days are behind them.

You'll have at least 8-10 years development experience in C++ and Java, and various operating systems.
