Joining us as a Neighbourhood Coordinator you will assist the Neighbourhood and Income teams by providing an efficient and effective administration service in their tenancy management functions, including reception, telephone cover and general office and team support duties.

Preparing offers of tenancy, dealing with general enquiries, correspondence and assisting in the administration of reviews of allocation processes, you will interview tenants and members of the public, providing first response to concerns or complaints raised by customers, and support the director, officers and managers in undertaking initial investigations.

Candidates will hold GCSE Maths and English (Level A – C) or equivalent, with proven experience in the same or similar role; preparing documents, managing appointments and calendars, providing information, advice and guidance. A professional qualification, Level 2 Housing, Advice and Guidance or related subject would be an advantage.

With the ability to work grasp new areas of responsibility quickly, and with excellent customer service skills, you will have experience of using Microsoft Office software and internet communications.

A full and current driving licence and daily use of own car insured for business mileage is essential.
