The successful candidate?
* Will be presentable, flexible and maintain a friendly and approachable persona.
* Will support a busy team on a daily basis with administration duties
* You will have daily client contact so an excellent standard of client care is essential
* Will be calm, even under pressure, and understand the importance of working in an organised manner to timeframes.
* You will have excellent communication and organisational skills
* You will have an understanding of how to use a digital dictation system
